The Kentucky WOTC Unit is happy to announce that our online system has been updated to reflect the
TEGL 22-22 updates in full.
Starting October 1, 2023, KY will only accept the newest ETA forms OMB approved for use through May 31, 2026. The referenced forms are available online on the
ETA WOTC website.
KY BULK UPLOAD FEATURE is fully operational. All consultants received an email including the updated Version 5 layout with specs. If you need these attachments, please email amanda.inman@ky.gov
KY office staff are still processing incoming USPS applications. The volume is higher than normal due to the bulk upload feature being down. You may continue to mail in applications but to expedite the processsing time, KY staff encourages the use of our bulk upload feature.
